Motive Of Motivation

What exactly is the motive?

It's a smooth word that seems to have a different meaning depending on who you ask, but when you look psychology, separated from the simple definition of: the driving force that we do; that means any kind of action, including getting a glass of water or eating food.

If we had no motive for anything, we would simply die thirst or malnutrition because we could not drive to get water and water.

Of course, in such cases, the body has certain mechanisms to protect itself from starvation or death from dehydration, but the point is that the motive drives everything.

Psychology defines it as living, social, mental or emotional the power to move us to action. Usually, people talk about motivation as an oppressor of change, and that definition is actually true we will use.

Change To Do Something

Power moves us to make changes and do great things for inspiration and if you can control your motivation, you it can control your future.

What Is the Motive?

Understanding motivation is the best way to overcome it, and that is why it is so I will push the inspiration down into three parts.

If you won't achieve a goal, you know that simply having a desire is not enough. In fact, achieving your goals requires that you keep your motivation in check of obstacles you will no doubt face. Here are three different components of motivation:

Activation

Persistence

Motivation

Activation Motivation

Renewal of motivation is when you have the desire to achieve something and take action.

For example, if you want to lose twenty pounds, you could create a diet or exercise plan in the next few weeks.

You are motivated because you have a desire to achieve your goal, too he takes a step towards it. This can be anything.

In the program the case of our model, your activation does not need to be processed in either exercise program.

It can be throwing all junk food into your cupboards far, or it could be as simple as stepping on a scale and finding out what it is you measure to know when you have reached that 20-pound goal.

Any action you take in the direction of your purpose once you have done it motivation.

Motivational Persistence

This is the part where people often fail to reach for anything they are determined to do so. When you start to get motivated, you’re happy and you can’t wait to start with the necessary steps.

After that, you start to do those steps and then you are distracted by other things in life, or you find yourself with them hard, that there are too many obstacles along the way.

These obstacles will do they are there no matter what you try to achieve, and the point is their incentives need to be strengthened by other strategies we will use on the cover of this book.

Empower Motivation

The third part is strong and is best described as an effort you put into achieving your goal. Although two people can have the same motive for achieving the goal and being persistent to make it pass through obstacles, resilience is what determines how fast they will be able to achieve the goal.

Gradually Achieve Goal

Some people are plodders, strong and stable, working for a purpose little by little each day. Some are sprinters, who walk up the stairs of achieving the goal as quickly as the goal will allow.

None of this is the case it's wrong, and with the middle point, I'd like to call it a jogger. Runner, you have to fight for it.

And he is not rushing to score a goal as fast as he can is in danger of burning or moving slowly so that it can take months or years of achieving a goal that can be achieved within weeks.

Motivational Source

There are a few things you need to understand about inspiration.

The first is that it can be inside or outside. In other words, it can come from within us or it can come from external desires.

Internal motivation it means just to please you. An example is possibly cooking a difficult recipe with a challenge or filling the cross.

The main point here is that it does not make you an outsider, but inner joy. Extrinsic is simply the opposite.

External motive comes from the external rewards you will receive: recognition, fame, money, or respect to name just a few.

The second thing you need to know about motivation is that it exists three sources from which your motives come.

Psychologists have been he has been arguing for a while, but over the years, it has become so the general source of motivation.

Needs:

Food Needs
Food Needs

Motivation from your needs or driving is one of the ideas of encouraging sources. Some of this is obviously true: food, drinking, and sleeping for example.

Emotions:

Nature is another source of motivation according to psychologists. Our brains are coming with pre-installed behavioral patterns already activated things that happen outside happen. Try to help others. In your family, Surrounding, business.

Awakening:

This is a description of the kind of motivation people have experienced. A person with low waking rates may not be available skiing or cycling out of planes, but someone who is very awake levels can do exactly that.

Now that you know more about motivation and other aspects of driving we can move on to other strategies to help you manage it better.
