Process Of Motivation

Motivation is the process of playing a key role in the accomplishment of any task. Any task can be completed under any conditions but the level of efficiency and output may not be the same if done by a motivated person as compared to an unmotivated person.

Practically, this condition applies to almost all types of works done by any person, may that be an individual's life or an organization. That's why a lot of organizations have to spend a lot to maintain a level of motivation for their employees.

Motivation can also be explained in different ways as under:-

  1. It is a state of mind that enables a person to work towards goals.
  2. It is a force that makes a person work with high efficiency and a high level of commitment.

As I am very much inspired by Swami Vivekananda I want to include some of the quotes he told about motivation.

" He told that purity, patience, and perseverance overcome all obstacles. he suggested taking courage and working on it. Patience and steady work, according to him, is the only way to get success. According to him, Faith in ourselves and faith in God (power) is the secret of greatness."

These needs vary significantly by culture and by individual. Secondary needs consist of an internal state, such as the desire for power, achievement, and love.
